Islamic Mode Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Islamic Mode mobile application ("the app"), provided by RamiSJ12 ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

Islamic Mode provides prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran, Hadith, Azan notifications, mosque locator, and halal-place discovery features for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the app by anyone else.

Accuracy of prayer times and religious content

Prayer times, Qibla direction, and other religious content are calculated using standard astronomical methods and third-party calculation libraries. While we aim for accuracy, calculated times may vary slightly from your local mosque or authority. Always confirm prayer times with your local mosque or religious authority if precise timing is important, especially for fasting or specific religious obligations.

Location and third-party services

Certain features (prayer time calculation, Qibla direction, mosque locator, halal places) require location access and rely on third-party services such as Google Maps and geocoding providers. Availability and accuracy of these features depend on device permissions, connectivity, and the underlying third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

Notifications and alarms

Azan and prayer reminder notifications depend on your device's notification, alarm, and battery-optimization settings. We are not responsible for missed notifications caused by device settings, operating-system restrictions, third-party battery-management software, or a device being powered off.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, graphics, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quran text, Hadith collections, and Azan audio are provided for personal devotional use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without permission, except as permitted by law.

User conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by applicable law, and not to use the app to transmit any harmful code or interfere with its normal operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including missed prayers, missed notifications, or reliance on calculated prayer or Qibla information.

Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
